I have officially started the quest for the “perfect” flapjack recipe (UK, not US flapjacks). After trying the quintessential British staple for the first time three years ago, I have every now and then given some recipe a try, but couldn’t quite find the right just-gooey-not-crumbling-apart-not-overly-buttery-caramelly goodness I am craving.
