Wear it at day, wear it at night, to protect the ba-by.
Too bad it's a hoax, a total fib, does nothing for EMC.
They even say not to test with your phone, I wonder why that would be?
Of course the phone still works in the blanket... try it and see!

"wrapped it so if 3-5 layers of the cloth didn’t prevent cell signal how much emf is this poncho blocking? I tried packaging phone in store bought plain aluminum foil, creasing edges and got no ring, no service. Didn’t have a meter to try doing same. Hmm… maybe a wear foil poncho for protection. The tin foil hat folks might have something. "

I recall hearing a story of a professor being able to articulate why tin (Sn) foil was optimal for haberdashery as opposed to the typically available aluminum (Al) foil... There was also some sort of introspection about the descent into insanity from him, but his hat was still lined with foil.
At the same time, if you need a placebo device to make yourself happy....

@rdtsc Saw your question... in some of the electronics research I've seen for quantum computing, resistance goes to 0 but dielectric loss does not - it still has a dissipative quantity (capacitors aren't perfect). I imagine you have similar issues with inductance - anything that interacts will have a lossy component.

That's what I've been seeing. Ironically, papers on quantum computing are proving the most informational, as they have hinted of the lossy qualities (of the signal chain, even in superconductors.) Darn, was really hoping for capacitor's df = 0. :)
Hmm... guess we'd need a superinsulator for that.... hmmm
