I have this circuit in my hand

If I drove pin DP8 high, would the MOSFET Q1 let current pass

or would it not let it?

I also have the same question for DP9

Please help

@İbrahimİpek Q1 and Q3 are PMOS, so their source-drain channels conduct when their gates are at a lower voltage than the source. The 2N2222 transistors accomplish this. So driving DP8 or DP10 high, will cause those MOSFETS to turn on.

Pulling A or B to 12v. High to DP9 or DP11 will cause A or B to get shorted to ground.

Never send a high to DP8 and DP9 at the same time - this is called "shoot-through" and shorts the 12v supply. Usually resulting in smoke/fire.

@Shalvenay ok ill have a look but tbh I already went and got the mosfets and MC to manage recharge and power supply for the array of cells, I mean ive gone too far to buy something that i should be able to solve with what i have. other possible i already had in my head was just a board of resistors and mosfets, and code if statements in the MC based on analog input values giving the unreg voltage being the conditional that signals which of the mos switches to signal in order to only allow
