@JRE Is there a formula I can use to calculate for the voltage drop through a length of cable (3 conductor) with the full loaded current known flowing through that cable?
For example, if I have a 75 foot cable of 10/3 cable and at the end it has 29 or 30 amps flowing through it. (So an extension cord like deal, though I would get a wire gauge I want to get the least voltage drop) What is the voltage drop with those parameters being known? I'm looking for a formula. This is just an example to show you what I'm meaning.

Sounds like a good application of Ohm's law.
