So, the information needed to debug BIND is different than the question you had fully asked, and it's possible it's a typo, etc. in my end. Run sudo journalctl -n 50 -u bind9.service and then copy the output into the chat here, and choose "fixed width" or whatever the button is when you hit submit and it'll post it as readable formats I can easily read through.
