@PaŭloEbermann Hmm. I'm mostly in here out of habit (I just join all favorited rooms at once), so I'm not sure I'm qualified.
But if I had to guess, I'd say that part 1 might be appropriate on History. I doubt part 2 is.

Yes, the second part [would it be appropriate to refer to the Vigenere cipher as the Bellaso cipher] is not really appropriate anywhere on SE ... I would edit it away before migrating.
