Is "I’m voting to close this question because we don't deal with schizophrenia here" a good close reason?

@mechmk1 yes plenty it has been 11 years of this minimum. Some of it is as simple as signing into secure sites like cic and bank accounts, driving at 3am or even crossing the border where I am secondary questioned for 1 hr every time where the tsa front desk clerk shouts at me to give him the information as to why I am always detained then sends me to the officer in back room not allowed to send him or me said info — Joe Banden 10 mins ago

Why do questions of the form "I think I'm being targeted by an extremely sophisticated nation-state level attacker, because [list of things that don't support that conclusion at all]. What can I do about it?" seem so common here?

@JosephSible-ReinstateMonica I wish we knew.
What's funny is that half the time, the nation-state level attacker happens to be the person's neighbor.
In fact, MechMK1 even asked a question about them on psychology once -> psychology.stackexchange.com/q/24958

@MaartenBodewes I think that would be a fine sec.SE question. @RoryAlsop do you want to weigh in?

@MaartenBodewes It's on-topic for us, but I'm pretty sure it would be a duplicate.
