@JourneymanGeek I think those were not "customer grade" routers, but soho devices. I doubt MS guys would dare to knock on some doors around, and likewise I doubt some people would allow unknown people enter their homes to unplug hardware.
small companies with MS support contracts are more likely to accept that

@ThoriumBR the other alternative is to delete/archive them all, and tell folks they'll need to resend if it was important :-)
