@J.J modern.ie used to be the destination for that. The last time I was there was less than a year ago, and they would have a full grid of VMs for all windows versions with all (applicable) IE versions specifically so you could test on older versions of IE. Of course, the VMs could be used for more than just that (they would expire after 30 days, but you could just start a new one)

However, I just looked and it seems that microsoft has mixed that up substantially - it may no longer be an option. I mention it anyway simply because I didn't have more than 30 seconds to check. It looks like modern.ie now redirects to developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge

Hi all. I am trying to get quotes out for a pen-test, however, they are coming back with huge menus. I need to keep the costs down to get this past the budget gate. What would you say are the key basics required for a solid start?
