I'm surprised we don't have a rowhammer tag.
@RoryAlsop Should I add one?

@forest go for it - looks like we have 28 questions on Rowhammer, so that sounds like it is useful

Morning.

9:55 AM
what I recently noticed again: I changed my password on a bunch of sites after the Collection #1 thing (and out of boredom). For some of these services I also use an app. And disturbingly none of these apps logged me out after I changed the password in my web browser
StackExchange is one of these services

Anonymous
Yeah I noticed that too @TomK.

Anonymous
Luckily the password of mine in Collection 1 is very, very old.

Anonymous
In-fact it is so old I've not used it for nearly a decade, 8 years or something like that.

ah, did you take a look at the dump?

Anonymous
Yup.

Anonymous
10:00 AM
Such an old password I am about 99% sure I don't use it anywhere anymore.

Anonymous
Even if I did it would only be some junk forums I have not logged into for years & years.

10:22 AM
I don't have any passwords in it. :D

Anonymous
lol, I expected as much :p

Ugh, I hate having a declined flag mess up my flag ratio, just to see the flagged question deleted a day later for the same exact reason via community votes.

Anonymous
Yeah I've got like 8 declines.

Anonymous
That shit pisses me off.

Anonymous
Some of them are stupid declines too.

Anonymous
10:27 AM
Really, really stupid.

The answer I flagged was something like "No, it doesn't do that" and that was all.
NAA but declined, then later 5 delete votes and the question gets deleted.

lmao.

I hate my job :D

Still at your current job at that ISP?

Anonymous
10:58 AM
No, I work for an MSP @forest

Anonymous
The job i was going for is at an ISP :P

@forest yessssss, so much

when I think about it... why aren't these deleted afterwards?
I mean the rep loss because of a downvote is reverted after a question/answer is deleted. why not a flag decline?
and on a completely unrelated note: why does @AviD have another star than I do?

2:27 PM
What happened to CTFs?

@daya try selecting 2019

Anonymous
@TomK. That reminds me Tom, did anyone answer me in Slack? (I cannot check at work)

uuuh
wait a second, haven't been in there for some days

@TomK. lol I didn't noticed that :p

yeah, took me a second as well @daya
@J.J you got a thumbs up from Nirlzr, but that's all

Anonymous
2:33 PM
Oh, great.

but I guess all it takes is someone to organize something

Anonymous
Yeah :D

Anonymous
You usually organise it, no?

Anonymous
I guess Armin has not been that active either recently.

Anonymous
Nor Benioty.

Unless they just don't come here anymore.

no, anyone from the team

Anonymous
Ah right.

you can just pick a date
people will be there

Anonymous
Yeah I won't be here for two weeks next month.

Anonymous
So eh, I guess I can play in March.

Anonymous
2:34 PM
Or end of Feb :D

but it's best to pick one that's in ~4 weeks
yeah that's actually good

Anonymous
Yeah.

These both fall into that range
https://ctftime.org/event/661
https://ctftime.org/event/740
and it seems they are beginner friendly
which might be even better :)
you are hereby invited to create a post <:
I guess the MITRE CTF is the more interesting one

@TomK. I won't be here for Mitre.

we don't have to do that one
I don't care ;)

Anonymous
Oh, right.

Anonymous
Well, I'll make a post when I am home then :D

Anonymous
I prefer the longer CTFs actually.

later is better

Hi, I have a question that I can't seem to find and I wanted to come here before posting in case I'm wording it wrong.
It's specific to AWS. I want to make sure that a certain policy is required in every group and prevent groups from being made if that policy is not included. Has anyone heard of this before?

9:51 PM
@Beer_en_thu_si_asT uuuuh...?
sounds like something that is better asked at the AWS forums or pointed toward the AWS support. it might catch some close votes here. depends a bit on the phrasing and on the details
