Shisupal was slayed by Krishna . Is it true that when he died , his aatma merged with Krishna ( indicating he got Moksha ) ?

It is common wisdom that one should never underestimate his enemy under any circumstance. I want to know if there is any such thing written in scriptures like - We should never view others as foolish or weak .

I'm doing Gayatri Sadhana by Om Swami and I've come across this shloka: "Om balam vidyam tu gayatrim lohitam chaturananam, raktambaradwayopetam..." and the translation says four-faced. But Gayatri Devi is generally considered to be Five-faced (Panchamukhi). Am I missing something?
