We can think and do daily all our activities dedicated to Paramatma inside us. But to realise that Brahman inside us, we have to be qualified. what is that?
Destroy Ahamkara, burn the five senses, in sleepless sleep, you realise that Purushotamman!
baby tell TheLittleNaruto eval "Master its true only. We can think and offer for Paramatma but one who reaches the state of Paramatma has no dualities"
baby tell TheLittleNaruto eval "In that state, there is no Jiva and Para. Its single being. That single being is the cause of everything. One who surrenders to that being, he is relieved from birth and death"

In excel I have Ephemeris Data in Cells A, now I want to convert certain degrees,Minutes,Seconds to their respective nakshatras in cells B.

seriously though I wouldn't agree with the general statement. Today I bought some oats, and the packaging is heavily stressing the health benefits of eating them
I think of them as healthy, but to me they are just a staple food and they usually have plainer packaging in UK. But then, they are cheaper over there as they are a cold weather crop
@Zanna It happens near monuments like in Mumbai, Delhi, Agra, etc.
@Zanna Although they say it's ayurvedic and natural, I don't believe them. I rather believe Dabur, Himalaya, etc. Once I purchased Patanjali's honey. Not sure why but sugar deposited while Dabur's honey was doing well.
In 2017 I went to Tirumala and I did get a few people asking to take a selfie with me for no reason then. But I don't get that kind of request in Chennai. People look twice at me, kids say "hi", and sometimes someone will start up a conversation to ask where I'm from.
May be because of accent. I used to face difficulty while watching British or American movies. Now I watch them with subtitles in case something I miss.
but yesterday my friend was taking us to the beach on two wheeler. She doesn't know Tamil - she's from Rajasthan and got assigned a government job here. She stopped to ask for directions. They said take left and neere. My friend was like what? I said it means straight. So I heard something that was useful haha

how do we spell that word @AkshayS ? or, is it not a word used in written Tamil? I thought maybe it was நேர. Couldn't find the right word written anywhere
when I wrote neere, I was doing the standard transliteration I use. It's a long e sound, not a long i sound. But we can't write that sound in English because it doesn't exist in English. So neere doesn't sound like niir (water) but like nehre
@Kulfy the word she said was samudra if I heard right
@Zanna I was preparing for an interview. I generally tend to use simpler words. But my guide asked me to use more complex words. I was like, "Yeah I'm about to invent new synonyms -_-"
@Zanna Not sure
@AkshayS Baby doesn't behave well in absence of its master.
do not sacrifice foods or what you have in life for spirituality. You may renounce all, but nothing erases from our consciousness. Jump to Brahman from where you are
Svadharma is what's nature of that person from birth. Arjuna svadharma was Kshtariya from birth trained as warrior. But he spoke like Gnani in battlefield to Krishna. That was not Gnani words from Arjuna it's affection bondage with Kurus of drona bishma clouding his reality

@TheLittleNaruto Wife[The woman] with whom you are willing to spend the rest of your life with, [the woman] that you don't want someone else to take her away from you, the woman that you find the most beautiful in this world, the woman who understands, makes your life complete and worth living till the end of(snip)
I mean it has a use, it seems to have a sort of important social purpose
but a good person who lacks some discipline will often destroy and harm themselves with guilt and regret instead of analysing and learning and moving forward
@TheLittleNaruto Like I said, I won't be able to judge that whether my decision was "proper" or not until the results are out.
Just my opinion (cc @AkshayS)
@Zanna I won't term it as selfishness but the fear of taking responsibility of their actions/decisions (does English has some phobia word for it?)
@TheLittleNaruto @Zanna I guess self-punishing here means thinking about the decision all day which affects the willingness to do some constructive work.
@Kulfy No need to think all day; if you really care about it so much, sit with fresh mind and think of what can be done best in such cases and move on!
@TheLittleNaruto I observed that if I tell myself not to think about a particular thing, I don't know why, but I tend to think about it all day. And yes that affects the day :( Sad life guys.
@Kulfy like this if you talk, they ll keep some names. There are doctors today I have seen who have contracts with medical companies particularly with some who have owners in overseas..... They purposely prescribe costly injection/medicines and they say only that medical shop you ll get.... like this I have seen 6 people die with a particular doctor
@Kulfy the people I've met who are like this, I don't know what to call. Emotionally incompetent, selfish. Pushing emotional work onto others because they haven't learned how to deal
@Kulfy fine.... but that also categories...... Life practical things cant be spoken and conclude because while root causes are limited from 2 or 3, effects, process of it varies infinitely. I can understand ur angle of point but I spoke in different angle...
@TheLittleNaruto regret is rudi meaning. But purpose is same. Let's say you do some bad karma, chitta changes by vasanas or impressions. You need to remove that or go back to previous state.
@Kulfy Prakritis has laid some screens which cover actual truths. Slowly remove your one by one screens... you ll know who you are. Purusha plants seeds for Ahamkara for manifestation. Manifestation needs ahamkara.

I am learning about Mount Kailash (Lord Shiva's abode).
Somewhere I read that before people came to India from Central Asia (bringing Vedas, Hinduism, etc), the natives in Indian subcontinent followed Shavism, or worship of Lord Shiva.
Two questions
Is this accurate?
Is Lord Shiva of Nepali d...
The description of Lord shiva is holder of Trishul and damaru, holder of pinaka bow, Ganga flowing from his head, having a moon on head, having snake in his neck, having 3 eyes, having body covered by ashes, his wife Parvati mata and his sons Ganesha and Kartikeya, wearing animal skin.usually this ...
@TheLittleNaruto making others do your emotional work is one kind of coercion. I don't think having rules and policies is in itself a form of coercion. Depends how they are enforced maybe?
