Chesterton's Fence - Don't fix the complicated system until you understand why it was made complicated in the first place

Apparently multiple people have setup webcams pointing at hardware 2fa tokens, to make life a little easier...

It's not like there isn't a reason for this. Imagine a company sending another company 3 MFA tokens for access, but these tokens need to be accessed by a group of ~20 people, all across the globe.

True, I suppose you could apply Chesteton's Fence to me not liking it as well :D

But still... webcams... (shudder)

I hope there's 2FA to access the webcam that has the MFA token...
