You know why I know that this is schizo-talk and not someone with a genuine tech problem?
If you had evidence other people were using your wi-fi connection (e.g. unknown MAC addresses appearing in your router's interface), you would present that

New vuln (DoS) discovered on RFC 1149 and RFC 6214: those protocols are sensitive to solar flares.
