Actually something that I suggested to my management not too long ago. Anyone have any idea how to create such a group? Such as how the people should be chosen?
We are a health insurance company and I have some thoughts...but want to hear the community on this point. Apparently my management really liked this idea.
@Anthony The way I have done this in a couple of organisations is a combination of identifying champions and allowing self selection. Key properties: passion, experience, visibility across the group, enthusiasm etc
@Anthony besides @Rory's points, figure out what key aspects are missing in the larger groups that you want to train. for instance if they are not very tech-savvy, choose people that are
