@Joseph Thanks for the references you provided. None of them are particularly exegetical (i.e. dealing heavily with the Greek text), but still useful.
I already knew Chafer tied resurrection to atonement (though I missed that Rom 5:18 reference), and he was (marginally in association with Robert Lightner) one of my examples of inconsistency in understanding penal substitutionary atonement as merely provisional in my dissertation.
The Edwards quote is one I need to follow up on for sure, as he is actually giving a summary of Dr. John Taylor's view there in that quote you gave, and arguing against the thrust of it. So some of my future work will need to research Taylor's views further and interact more with Edward's objections here.
R. A. Torrey will be another to nail down, but I suspect he would fall under my category of Provisionalist (i.e. atonement is provisional for all, but effectual only for the elect/believer).

@ScottS - Good luck, Scott - I reviewed your thesis and saw your references. Do you have Logos software? I use this software for quick references based on biblical passages (searches). What software do you use?

@Joseph Yes, I use Logos.
@All who are interested in NT manuscripts, this may be of interest, "launching the new CSNTM.org"
