@Davïd Does Google Books show different things to different people? Didn't know that. I was indeed able to see that.
For some books, Google doens't have the copyright's holders permission to show the whole content of the book, so they just show a random subset of pages. Maybe, those permissions are also country-dependant, so they are allowed to show a different amount of pages depending on the country.

@Susan I was hoping to give this user (hermeneutics.stackexchange.com/a/14012/2479) a tool recommended by PaulVargas to aid him in his responses. You've not given me any way of judging what you say because you've just presented it as your opinion - eg "In any event all interpretations using years do not match the prophetic chronology given in the text" - can you spell out your reasoning, in what way does it not match the chronology?
