Can anyone tell me how to migrate a question from another SE site? Do you need certain amount of rep to do that?

@Bach I'm pretty sure that migration requires a ♦ mod like @Caleb, @Susan, or @Soldarnal. But not sure if you need to be a mod on the "source" site or "destination" site ... but one of our ♦'s will know! ;)

@Bach you would normally vote to close the question for which you need 3k rep (or 500 on a beta site like this one). You then select 'off topic' and 'This question belongs on another site in the Stack Exchange network'.

…but you might not find the site you want in the target list, in which case you do need help from a moderator
