Does anyone know a liquid level sensor (or a level switch) with a serial or USB interface?
It doesn't need to be very accurate. The liquid is water in a polypropylene container. Wall is 4mm thick. Max liquid level around 300mm. Room environmental conditions, nothing special or extreme.
