Need some advice on making a bluetooth speaker. Here are the details: I have a Fosi Audio bluetooth module (5.0), operating input V is 5-24v. It is the Fosi Audio ZK-502L audio module. It has 50 Watt 2 ch output. I need it to run on an array of 18650 batteries. So 3.7 volts.
What modules should I get to step up the voltage enough to deliver around 22 volts at 1 amp. The 18650 batteries are 20 amp cells. The capacity I am shooting for is 25 amp hour. I am looking for lightweight and quality audio and especially bass.
It has a tolerance in speakers from 4 - 8 ohm speakers. So I'm think a 6 ohm speaker is what I would like to use. (If anyone thinks different I am open to suggestions)
Ops sorry got it mixed up. This Fosi Audio module is the ZK-1002L module

hi im really sorry that im being this kind of person but i dont exactly get many chances to buy up at the electronics store, so i will just describe what i need, and if you know what it is called ill look at the relevant wiki page
I have a really nice 12 VDC to 240 AC inverter that works really well when supplied 12 VDC from my lead acid bats, but in incorporating solar panels and having a number of 12 VDC cells, I'm finding that it is very easy for them to have too much voltage, which flips the fault switch on the inverter. So im guessing a voltage regulator would be a good guess
but again, i just need a ball park of components to not waste my opportunity to buy in the morning

Voltage regulator is an elecrical component that maintains a constant voltage level. It stabilizes the voltage. Anybody know of a good digital 0-30V variable bench supply that gets ~10mV rms on the output? Oh, and it needs an on/off button for the output (an on/off output button should be required for benchtop supplies)
I got one of these for 30$ but it get's 100mV-rms on the output, not good
But maybe useful for charging a lead acid...

I did a lot of research on a good bench supply... and settled on one of these oldie-but-goodies. Heavy as a truck, but works well.

@AdamL what you want is a solar charge controller, probably with a Maximum Power Point Tracking function
