I have a battery project coming up. Voltage Input: 18.4 VDC
mAh: 680,000

Needed Output:
Voltage: 5 VDC
Amps: 1
Those are the details
I am wanting it to be for charging phones and other devices
My question is what inverter do I need?
4 18650 batteries in series with 200 of them in parallel.
I'm wanting to make what they call a suitcase battery
If there is any details I'm missing please let me know and I will get those when I can. Or if I have overlooked something I would also like to know as well.
If I can't accomplish this project with the given voltage then I can adjust the voltage down to 4.6 volts. But no lower than that.
