I was going to ask this question but didn't know if it was opinion based or not. I have a canon 80D and its taking a while to get all the right lingo down. the right exposure triangle down etc. is it better to just shoot video or is stills the way to go

@MichaelC thank you, I'd overlooked them because their homepage appears to say they started in 1991 and that they have been in business for 22 years. That implied that the site hadn't been updated since 2013.
