So what is the shape used to explain exposure when you add in control via ND filters, and scene lighting via flash? The Exposure 5-Simplex?
.. and then @mattdm will have to rant that a better geometric explanation is the Exposure 5-cuboid. I can't wait to see those diagrams!
It is easy to see the trend in processing by browsing the photos of things which you are going to see and then comparing them with what you see in reality. One may need to train oneself to see it but it is incredibly obvious once you notice it.
