Q: Transpose and Paste VBA

JacksonCurrently from my sheet2, I wanted to copy the column C36-N36. However, each of these cells has one formula that is generated from the numbers within sheet2, i.e. C36 = A1+A2/2 something like this. Therefore, simply copy & paste code cannot work well when I transfer to sheet 1, as the specific li...

I saw this and thought of all the ducks here.
Wish I were still able to lurk here like I used to. #OneDay

Hey Freeman. How’s your coding path progressing?

> The menu is still there in the latest release today, so I'd reopen this bug

@IvenBach Ummm... it's not. Hardly writing any code at all these days. Professional or personal. Job's wandered in a different direction and "other things" are taking up the personal time.
How are you doing? It's been a while.

Well. Beginning of this month went to Hawai’i for vacation. Got back and was sick with Covid/sinus for a week. Watching my daughter for summer and hauling her with me while I try to clean out gma house. Nearly done with estate related matters.
Using git to store genealogy photos and git lfs wasn’t playing nice. I couldn’t figure out how to restore a file pointer back to the binary file to view it. Several frustrating hours last night mucking around with it.
According to github.com/git-lfs/git-lfs/blob/main/docs/man/… (hooray for knowing to search manpages now) it ought to be git lfs migrate export … but I wasn’t able to get it to work.
I think I needed to include the --include flag to specify which file(s). That’s on the schedule for tonight.
Sensei Vogel. Have you any experience with git lfs?

That's... way beyond anything I'd have thought of doing with git. Good on ya!

Honestly it was more floundering, reading, trying, failing, and WTFing when it didn’t work. Repeated a lot.
Felt like I wasn’t actually accomplishing anything.

@IvenBach only barely. Nothing really beyond "enable lfs, put this binary into it, never think about it again"
git really isn't intended for binary files, especially not for archival purposes

I was using it for a quick-n-dirty storage of some large files. Going through a tutorial to better understand makes me think I hit an issue where something didn't work as intended and the working directory barfed.
