Also, "this cool piece of code is only 100 lines!" is way less impressive when colons are used abundantly. Did I miss a memo about government taxing us by each line of code written or what?

Excel gurus.. I have a file with many columns, is there a way to fit double the amount of columns onto the screen? (Which will obviously halve the number of visible rows)

@skiwi - you can reduce the magnification level - usually in the bottom right corner. It's the "zoom" setting. Of course, you can hide columns that you don't need to see right now. You can also change the width of individual columns so they take up so much room.
