While this feature has not been implemented, I have a made a proof-of-concept pure [VBA module](https://github.com/pchemguy/RDVBA-Project-Utils) which implements this feature, including the ability to export/import individual subfolders, as well as library references (which might be useful for moving/distributing "packages").
