> it seems that there is a parser error on line 762 in the module `DDLab_Data_02_21G` where a `Next` is in a place that our parser does not expect it. Could you try to compile the project for me? You will find the option to compile under the "Debug" menu.

This should bring you towards the affected line. Make sure your project compiles, otherwise Rubberduck will not be able to analyze your code.

@this O_O... speechless...
@this That's a pretty standard VBA response, so the world is ready for it.
@this But, that's the MSFT way!
erm...
> WebEx: high performance multi-threaded web-server, based on IOCP completion ports. Supports HTTPS with ACME support, and also provides a HTTP client and JSON parsing
As in WebEx?

Lol, thought the same thing.

Be kinda fun to write your own BASIC front end to WebEx for conferencing...

Given WebEx's superior quality (sarcasm sarcasm), I think it'll need some rebranding.

For some values of "fun"

2:16 PM
Weird... Watching through his videos at full screen so I can actually see the text, they're really blurry
until, all of a sudden near the end of the video, they're not. Anyone else experience that or is it just my laptop?
hrm. maybe I just have to change the resolution to get it to clear up...

didn't have an issue reading text without full screen

2:41 PM
young un

2:58 PM
@FreeMan ...I have no idea what a young'un has to do with blurry resolution...

@this looks like you'll get your wish of being able to make multi-host 64-bit VB libs. Commercial though, hope the license isn't too expensive...

I'd say it'll be worth it. Working with 20 years old IDE & language is not so fun.

indeed. itching to see it.
apparently wayne has been working on it for ~2 years

writing your own compiler wasn't going to be a friday afternoon project....

compiler, lexer, parser, language server, debugger, vsc extension (probably missed a bunch)

3:05 PM
Yeah and none of those are Friday afternoon, either.

especially not when you're aiming for 100% compat with VB6 (including all 'quirks')...

as one comment on SO on an unrelated thread, if we were to gather all those who knew VB internals in and out enough to write a compiler & associated services, they'd probably comfortably fit in a small room. Possibly even in a closet!

Loved the use of 'quirks'.

@this and be called wayne ;-)

(the comment was originally about firmware rather than VB internals but point remains)

> Ah Clemens, now I see! The point is that I was not aware that the program
should compile entirely! Right now it's under work and some routines are
just sketched, so I will launch Rubberduck only when I am through.
If the problem persists I will be back to you, but for now, I am satisfied
with your answer.
Thanks a lot and sorry for the trouble.
Alfredo

would be nice to not require compilation to use RD....

3:54 PM
@this young 'uns eyes are better than us old fart's eyes are. Even if it's sharp, reading that tiny text was... difficult...

there is some ... years-old work in a branch that was attempting something like that

@mansellan lol
@this sometimes I ignore compiler errors and get a mostly useful RD interpretation of my code. Or, at least, useful enough...

@FreeMan but I wasn't saying that text was small to require young eyes. I was saying that I never saw it blurry whether in window or at full screen.

4:12 PM
It was weird. Even if the settings icon had the little HD tag, I still had to go change the setting, even if all I did was click on the same quality, and it would suddenly sharpen right up. Must be a "feature" our IT dept has enabled.

IT tends to enable lots of "features"
