I'm seeing binding errors for those lines. The path (e.g. DescriptionColumnIndex) doesn't seem to exist anywhere else. I'm thinking they need to be defined on a view model, correct?
Looks like we lost this class.

I've fixed the XAML binding errors except for annoying bogus errors on HorizontalContentAlignment and VerticalContentAlignment for MenuItem. Apparently it's a known issue. I've given up on trying to suppress them (the suggestions doesn't seem to work) so we'll have to expect and ignore 48 binding errors (24 for each) when debugging XAML.
