Allo allo! Anyone know if it is possible to intercept a right click refresh on an odbc connected table? I.e. table loaded into Excel from data > tools > from Microsoft query (sql query....). When you set-up a table this way and load into Excel sheet you have the option to right-click refresh in the table which refreshes the underlying connection. I want to intercept that in order to run some other code once the refresh is done.
Trickier would be to use worksheet_change event as I need my additional code to run after all new data is pulled in from SQL Server and I would prefer to tie my event code to the right click event. Any and all suggestions welcomed! Thank you.
Disabling the right click refresh for that table would also work..... hum..... I know you can uncheck the refresh on refresh all for the table via properties...
