This is used both in MoveFolderRefactoringAction and RenameFolderRefactoringAction. This PR is still a draft because it is based on PR #5497. Once that PR is merged, I will rebase this one and remove the draft status. Then, it will be more clear in the diff what is actually new in this PR.
