> The headline of the web page reads "From unit testing to **source control**, from code inspections to refactorings, programming in VBA will never be the same."

However, #3758 triggered the removal of source control (git) from the project - the recommendation is to use the Export feature and then version control the resulting file(s) or structure. Maybe changing the phrase above to read something like:
"From unit testing to code export *(allowing source control with your preferred tools)*,

**Description**
If the contents of Code Inspector are dumped into a text editor then the sequence of items in the text editor does not match the sequence as presented in the Code Inspection Window View.

The text editor I used was Notepad++.

This is a minor slightly irritating issue but as i

I have an inspection warning

Object Variable assignment requires 'Set' Keyword (281) results.

Its doesn't appear to be possible to expand this item so I can't investigate what is causing the problem. The code in question compiles without any issues.
Now I could allow Rubberduck to Fix t

If I refresh RubberDuck and select the 'Set' error message above I don't get any messages at the foot of the window.

If I click on another message 'Function is not used' I get the appropriate information about why the error is flagged and possible options to fix the problem

If I then go back to the ' Set' error message , the ' Function not used' warning is not cleared (hence my thinking I could 'fix' all occu

Q: Stop flickering / refactor code for Excel ScreenUpdating false on Copy Paste to another worksheet

> Based on your screenshot the project name is `Normal`. Consequently, the inspection result is correct. Inside this project the identifier `Normal` will refer to the project instead of the enum member `FileAttribute.Normal` from the `Scripting` library.

However, the identifier name returned as part of the result is not the expected one. It seems to show the actual name from the type library instead of the user-facing one exposed in the object browser.

Hi guys
I'm doing a "quick project" to modify an existing VB6 program to have a different approach for selecting files from a form.

After 2 days I've finally remade the functions to be VB.NET compatible and it works. :)
But I noticed that it takes 10 minutes to finish...

The only thing it's doing is to "look at string within 1st cell on each row and modify it to another string" for 3100 rows...

I think it should take like 2 seconds. Not 10 minutes. Any idea how to speed it up?
It's not my code.
I know VBA has something like "disable recomputing on each change" but I don't seem to find it for VB.NET.

As a result my project now has twice the number of modules and classes with, for each existing module or class, another like component exists in the project with with a name of "Module1", for instance, or "Class1" where the "1" increments for each component.
At the moment it seems I'm screwed (will have lost an hours work) in that I cannot ope

Q: Optimization of VBA Code (loops)

I accept it.
I'm working on understanding C# to one day be able to do the same.
I'm breaking myself of a "think in Excel" mentality.

@Vogel612 I ended up including so much because I remember past-Iven WTFing so hard over trying to figure stuff out. That's why I included images to make it easier as that's what really connected a lot of dots for me.

@IvenBach Time for me to connect the dots of WTH my PR has failing tests
