Yeah... I been taking care of family and don't know when I'll be able to get back to RD.

I do have a question regarding Rubberduck.Deployment/Rubberduck.Deployment.csproj.

At a previous point I needed to add <OutputType>Exe</OutputType> to permit VS to open the RD project.

When I remove it VS gives me an error message. Welp it's not erroring out any longer...

Exposing my ignorance and following it up with an MVCE was enough to fix it.

Home computer I've have for a while now.

when we last wrangled with this, we were speculating that the computer came off a short bus.

That was a work computer. Last time I couldn't get it to build.
