This type of casting seems be undocumented and may results in using Windows Regional Settings names like "Falsch" in German or "Fałsz" in Polish language. When using CStr the result is always predictible and results in "True"/"False" word.

@RafałB. You should open a separate question instead of putting a bounty on a question about conversion from Integers to Boolean. The question as written is answered with official documentation despite the OP not selecting the answer as correct. Your question is different.
