@this I'll check out ProcessHacker. Thanks for the tip. I typically install Sysinternals Process Explorer all machines I regularly use; perhaps PH has more features.

So my boss made this VBA macro while I was off, and now I have a ticket to "make it work on any computer", which... involves rewriting everything around data access, which... is kind of the entire 650 lines. Cyclomatic complexity before: 42, and 180+ inspection results. After: 4, and 0 inspection results. Thank you for taking Rubberduck where it's at - it's truly become an amazing tool!

Cyclomatic complexity of 42 .... I've seen gratuitous If before but that's excessive by any measure.

I saw someone attempt to check for every possible thing that could go wrong before doing the thing. Quite a stack of If. It was well intentions but error handling can do all of that at once.

I think Mat's boss was just trying to answer the question of life, universe and everything.
