(I wanna work on the C4 but my brain is too tired)
Well I guess I'll just say this: I wonder if 11 refers to a team/league in soccer/other such sports
And that would be the definition since there's so many of them

The character 11 in Stranger Things also gets cslled Jane and El - maybe of use?

She's also portrayed by Millie Bobby Brown, and something with milli- at the start could be a line marking something like a millimeter... but that kinda leaves too much words for 5 letters
El is definitely the better candidate. But I'm not sure if juicifer would be the kind of guy to clue such a thing
Fair. I heard he likes sports a lot.

Q: I have an illness

192927376337929292283737373773 I have an illness. It all started one day, although I only remember so much. I remember I was in a nation which you'll recognize from a symbol of red and black, a legacy of what it left behind. Then I was in a state which is odd and repetitive in its year. Then in an island nation which's capita...

I’m voting to close this question because if you don't actually want an answer posted here, then it shouldn't be here... — Stiv 2 mins ago

It's not entirely clear to me whether the bit about not wanting an answer posted here is to be taken literally or whether it's intended to be part of the puzzle somehow.

I'm not convinced it's a real puzzle at all. To me it reads like "I need to answer this prompt for a crypto wallet I'm racing others to open" . Otherwise it's merely a reference to a Death Note quote and isn't a puzzle in any true sense, just a cultural reference phrased as a very strange trivia question.

Q: Spell them out!

Prim3numbahYou find yourself waking up in a room, and it looks like you're stuck. You have no memory on how you got in there in the first place. You just remembered you were really drunk last night. When looking around you find a piece of paper on the floor with some text and a large image under it. The pap...

@Stiv I had somewhat the same impression, but then why ask people not to answer on PSE? (And, whether it's really a puzzle or not, I've no idea what the middle line is meant to be doing.)

@GarethMcCaughan Yes, it's all very strange. If they can clarify anything maybe it will turn out it's worth reopening, but my gut suspects otherwise...!

CCCC hints: 1) none of the abbreviations that have been mentioned so far are relevant (still) 2) the definition is at the beginning of the clue

@juicifer Oh, this took me too long considering how often I listen to it - I was even quoting it yesterday in the context of (pine)apple fritters at the chip shop... Weird Al's ALBUQUERQUE (an 11-minute song) = ALBU(-m) + QUE(QR<)UE
One of the best songs ever recorded
Still makes me cry laughing today. The first time you hear it a portal to a new world you never knew existed opens up for you...
