C4: I'm drawn to something like QUEEN ISABELLA = Cobbler's EQUINE + ... + A in the hope that it's the name of a racehorse.

So that's probably either Jafe's comment about cockney rhyming slang, or Daniel S's comment about anagrams and racehorses.
(It could be oAlt's comment about math, but seems unlikely...)
I find it hard to find anything at the end of the clue that could be a definition, because of that " 's" on "mare's", so I'm inclined to thing that the definition is "Cobblers".
@GentlePurpleRain could also be that the enumeration doubles as the definition but that also strikes me as highly improbable
"Cobblers" can mean "nonsense" or "testicles" or "shoemakers" or "fruity desserts".
"stunt" could be an anagram indicator
@msh210 HORSE FEATHERS! = nonsense (cobblers). HORSE+ FEAT + HERS
I need to run, so I'll post a new one before I go (on the assumption that this is correct).
@GentlePurpleRain there you go

@msh210 Correct!
I guess I should have kept with the theme and used "cobblers" instead of "bollocks"...
