@jafe coming from a beginner at cryptic crosswords: I just finished your crossword. It was really fun! A lot easier than the previous one. However I found the wordplay of 23 and 12 across and 29 down far to difficult to explain and I had to look them up in-spite of working out the clue part!
Is the Danes to Andes trick of shifting a letter further down a common occurrence in cryptic clues- it’s not in the guide?
Ars is art is Latin?? learnt something new today I guess but that was pretty brutal lol!
