they speak spanish in las vegas, uruguay so "stream in las vegas" could be RIO... then we have W for win plus A for southern tip of nevada plus R for raiders' starter, which almost makes WARRIORS (they used to play in oakland) but not quite
another option for "stream in las vegas" is the las vegas WASH but i don't know where the H would disappear there, or what the "win" does if it's not the W
. . . yet, yes yet, i cannot understand why this is so faint hearted.
Puzzling is difficult.
My best puzzles took months/years to perfect yet sprinters at the gate can't wait to cross their finish line.

I am frustrated by how nobody has taken the trouble to solve puzzles that i took forever to pose. The best puzzles are those that take longest to solve.
They, by the way, took many possible puzzles along.
