The Great Code Trolling Purge of 2014

Okay, so let's get a general idea of what we're doing here:
1. Close ALL the code-trolling
2. Get a mod to lock the "popular" ones
3. Perhaps delete the rest. Not sure about this.
4. Enforce new rules (tag wiki, etc.)

@Trimsty I tried to assess what's bad with the bad ones quite clearly. They are all too broad, because CT requires only minimal relevance to the topic.

@undergroundmonorail btw, although you included all questions, I think deletion of questions with a certain number of upvotes or highly upvoted answers shouldn't be up for discussion. doorknob suggested a threshold of 5, I'd say 10. but in general, no matter how much you despise a question, it doesn't seem fair to people who put effort into the answers to rob them of the 300-700 rep they gained out of them.
