Hey guys, could you help me see why the following equality is true:

$\lim_{n \to \infty} ( 1/(n+1) + 1/(n+2) + ... + 1/2n ) = lim_{n \to \infty} 1/n \sum_{k=1}^{n} 1/(1+k/n) = \int_{0}^{1} dx/(1+x)$
