The Lipo cell has been charged to around 4.12V. The charging current is around 300mA. Next step is to discharge the cell to perhaps 3V, through a 10R resistor, with a current for 3.7V / 10R ~= 370 mA.

Now the Lipo cell is slowly charging up to 4.13V at a current of about 250mA. According to the DW01 spec, it should discharge to around 2.4V.

Now I am using a wall wart 200VAC to 5.1V 3A, type-C USB connector to charge the Lipo with TP4056. At the same time, I am discharging the cell with a 10R 50W resistor. The charging current should be 4.15V / 10R == 415 mA.
