@Hueco are you able to see the question timeline page for the question (by clicking on the "rewind clock" icon under the question voting buttons)? It shows that the Community user "bumped" it with following canned comment: "This question has answers that may be good or bad; the system has marked it active so that they can be reviewed."
BTW, the question timeline feature appears to be new within the past few weeks. (At least for me; I haven't noticed it before, and my rep level isn't high enough to allow me to view site statistics)
