@V2Blast @Mike@ Just had a verisimilitude moment: need to discuss with the group "does fog cloud work underwater?" On the one hand, water > cloud so no fog. On the other, fog is water droplets mixed in with air, so I could argue that fog cloud creates something like bubbles underwater so 'it works' - perhaps partial obscuration rather than total ... brain cooking off ... still thinking about that. Would value your input since Ignaz got that ring.

The underwater combat rules are quite sparse, so thinking through stuff like that before you all get to the Sahuagin lair will be helpful.
