It is never explained if specific races become human while others become animals.

I wouldn't exclude that the sea ponies just become humans like regular ponies do.

@AndrasDeak They feed offspring with milk. That's about as clear a criterion as it gets. It's not like it's some mammal whose milk glands are non-functional and rudimentary.

If you get close enough to milk one, sure. From afar you see beaks and eggs.

What can I say, I often get blame for saying that many official MLP toys are objectively horrible even as a kid toy spared from any "collector/display item" purpose...

Even a kid toy deserve to be something better that Pyramid Head Fluttershy.

Or at least, sell the plush with a long sword that she can carry around if that is a Silent Hill crossover....

On second though, she is still yellow (although to be fair I am not sure she can still be called Fluttershy)... so maybe the triangular head is a slice of cheese.

@trogdor well- as a comparison I can get with the idea that the nylon stripes mane that I despise is actually good for kids that can brush it. So while I prefer a full plush like 4de ones, the kid will want to play with one of those brushable toys.
