Looks like an unpainted figure. Usually I've only seen it with things like HeroForge, not actual official merch

it's billed as getting to customize your figures but it definitely sounds like a huge scam

so they can have you spend what sounds to me like a lot of money on these figures, and then you also have to buy the paint and paint it yourself

I literally just googled it so this may not be entirely accurate numbers, but supposedly each standard 2000pt set costs around $815

that first of all sounds like way too freaking much period

but also if I was spending that much on those I would dang well want them to have been painted for me XD
