@snowest They have designed this point system to prevent spammers. If anybody was able to talk, then anybody could come into the chatrooms and spam and peacefully go away :/
Maybe someone took their upvote back or you got many downvotes? That may caus you to lose your rep points.
If you don't have 25 rep, you can only chat in the chatrooms created specifically for you.
