The one that incorrectly states you can access the thing from the special event button in the menu
yet... the link in the mail still works.

They have tonnes of more important work to do. From what video game companies do to their employees, add the work culture of Asian countries, you get seriously overworked employees. And they have to make a cutscene twice for no good reason. Plus coding is not that easy "change one line of code"

when the game launched, Mihoyo had some posted on their channels, but now they just release three codes during the update livestreams
lame as it can get, you need to be fast on those - they last only about 12 hours.
SUPER lame since often they do the stream on a week day, when people go to work/school, so some time zones are KO by default
@Fredy31 Apparently, seems like most of those codes come from promotional videos made by sponsored Twitch authors.
usually, they manage to end up here.
