Sorry, we are no longer accepting questions from this account. See the Help Center to learn more."
Can you share a screenshot if possible?

I mean the Help Center is a link to history.stackexchange.com/help/question-bans

@JoeJobs ok..
ok.. thanks for the pic!
Let's take a look at the help center article..
"Edit all of your questions, paying special attention to those that score 0 or less."
I think the page lacks basic information like how long the new ban lasts and how many upvotes I need to lift the ban

@JoeJobs hmm..
Let's take a look at this post:

Q: Eastern Europeans integration in the USA politics

Joe JobsHow successful were and are the Eastern Europeans and their descendants in the USA politics? Are they pretty well (according to the percent they represent in the USA demographics) represented in legislatures? Is there any list of Eastern European American politicians? Wikipedia: American peopl...

The EE question is a good one - the accepted answer has 4 votes
but let's a take a look at the question with a negative score
your question starts with "How successful".
It's a good anwser, has 4 votes, that means the question actually makes sense. A -1 score doesn't actually prove that the question is bad
Yes thats kind of vague language, but unfortunately I don't have a better way to express it. I'm not super-skilled in English Language
@RandomPerson That sounds opinionated as defining how successful varies from person to person
True
19:26
@JoeJobs So your mother tongue is not English?
yes
I'm not a native English speaker
Me too..
"according to the percent they represent in the USA demographics"
What is the percent?
BTW, are you banned in history.meta.stackexchange.com too?
No, I can ask questions at Meta History SE
I feel asking about your question in Meta History SE is way better than Meta Stack Exchange
as users (or mods) of Meta History SE can guide you better to improve your posts.
Well the EE have a certain percent in USA. The fact that I don't know that percent doesn't mean the percentage doesn't actually exist. Maybe they are 7 percent or 20 percent IDK.
Ahh ok, I will ask there too, thanks
19:32
@JoeJobs Maybe you can find out the percentage and add that detail in your question
You can also discuss with moderators of your site in this chatroom:

I can't find the data. But that's not an opinion. That's an unknown (by me) number. So I can't find it problematic
@JoeJobs hmm. ok.
@JoeJobs :)
Thanks a lot for your help!
I will ask there too
@JoeJobs No problem!
So is this your first time in SE chat?
It looks like your question in MSE will be closed soon.
I was here before some 2-3 years ago I was asking about youngest oldest people :)

These are lists of the 100 known verified oldest people sorted in descending order by age in years and days.The oldest person ever whose age has been independently verified is Jeanne Calment (1875–1997) of France, who lived to the age of 122 years and 164 days.
