For anyone searching for Monologue and/or Dialogue. A user got both by posting a +4 question, I answered with +4, the user commented on my answer (no @), and I responded to the user (with @). Other than another user posting 2 comments on the question no other activity. Delta of ~1 hour between both of our comments.

@nobody Funny enough, it is not - Cleanup is currently the second least awarded secret hat (aside from secret hats that have not yet been awarded to anyone).

This is a hat that I expect to start very slowly and accelerate substantially. Frankly I'm surprised we got an awardee 36 hours in.

Now even finding the users with new hat is challenging. :-/

I wonder if it's the earn 2022 rep hat.

According to my activity,

Pinged 5 users: Definitely not a trigger... Natty has the hat but it doesn't ping anyone.

@VLAZ in case no one replied, know that Yaakov stated that he awarded three hats manually. One to him, one to another staff member and probably.. you are the third one.

So either the thing was borked or - more probably - he changed the rules on the run.

I suspect that initially he intended to give the hat only thru a quiz that will be hosted at the /unicorn url like last year.
