@MikeQ @V2Blast In re your question on the pixies casting polymorph: sure, but I have another idea I'd like to run by you both. If you summon pixies, you roll a 1d8 to see how many actually show up. (Pixies being quite mercurial). Fill in the rest with either blink dogs(their mounts) or sprites(their bodyguards) your choice. (Yeah, it may be a bit more complicated, but keeping track of 8 NPCs who have concentration effects up could clutter things up a bit.

on the other hand, the hilarity factor of pixies polymorphing things, or turning the party into large sea creatures is sooooooooooo tempting to embrace. 🤣 But We'd need to plan ahead so that I have all of the choices front loaded and can just drop them into the battlefield as you do that ... In person this would be a lot easier.
